Under his leadership, Rainbow Rare Earths developed the Gakara Rare Earth Project in Burundi, one of the highest grade rare earth deposits globally at the time of development. The company has since expanded its focus toward sustainable and low cost extraction technologies, including partnerships aimed at recovering rare earth elements from phosphogypsum stacks in South Africa. This strategic shift demonstrates Adonis’s ability to align resource development with environmental responsibility and evolving global demand.
