Pharrell Williams Unveils New Collaborations With Quavo, Lil Baby and Angélique Kidjo at Louis Vuitton Show

Pharrell Williams blended fashion, music, and culture once again at Louis Vuitton’s Spring/Summer 2027 Menswear Show in Paris, using the runway as a platform to debut several new musical collaborations featuring Quavo, Lil Baby, and Grammy-winning African music icon Angélique Kidjo. The presentation, held during Paris Fashion Week, showcased Williams’ continued ability to bridge luxury fashion and contemporary music while creating one of the most talked-about events of the season.

The show opened with “Haavin,” a new track by Quavo produced and co-written by Williams, before introducing previously unheard music from Lil Baby and other collaborators. Rollingstone reported that the Louis Vuitton creative director used the runway soundtrack to premiere multiple new recordings, continuing a tradition of unveiling exclusive music during the fashion house’s menswear presentations.

According to the Associated Press, the Paris showcase featured a surf-inspired theme and included a soundtrack that brought together Williams, Quavo, and Angélique Kidjo, accompanied by live performances from L’Orchestre du Pont Neuf and the Voices of Fire choir. The event attracted an impressive guest list that included music stars, athletes, actors, and fashion industry leaders, reinforcing Louis Vuitton’s position at the intersection of luxury, entertainment, and global culture.

For Williams, the latest presentation further demonstrates how fashion shows have evolved into major cultural moments capable of launching new music, spotlighting international talent, and shaping trends across multiple industries. The inclusion of Angélique Kidjo, one of Africa’s most celebrated artists, alongside leading American hip-hop stars highlights the increasingly global nature of contemporary music and fashion collaborations. As Louis Vuitton continues to expand its cultural influence under Williams’ leadership, the Paris show once again proved that the runway can be as powerful a stage for music as it is for fashion.
