Victoria Beckham’s Fashion and Beauty Empire Turns First Operating Profit

Victoria Beckham Holdings has recorded its first operating profit, marking a major financial turnaround for the British fashion and beauty business after years of losses. The company reported £7.3 million in operating profit for 2025, compared with a £1.6 million operating loss a year earlier, while revenue climbed 15% to £129.8 million, according to Financial Times and Bloomberg.

The improvement reflects sustained double digit growth across both fashion and beauty, with the beauty division now accounting for roughly two thirds of group revenue. Products such as the Satin Kajal eyeliner have helped establish Victoria Beckham Beauty as a major growth engine, complementing the fashion business.

The turnaround follows years of restructuring, tighter cost control and investment in the brand’s product offering. The business has also strengthened its leadership, appointing Sybille Darricarrère Lunel as CEO of fashion and Lauren Edelman as CEO of beauty.

The milestone comes as Beckham prepares to accelerate international expansion, with new retail locations planned in New York and Miami and further growth targeted in the US and Middle East. After years of being supported by investment and celebrity equity, the brand’s first operating profit signals that Victoria Beckham has increasingly established itself as a commercially viable fashion and beauty house.
