Tobi Amusan – World Record Holder and Sprint Hurdler

Olamide Olowe – Founder, Topicals

Olamide Olowe is one of the youngest Black women to raise millions in venture capital funding for a beauty brand. As founder of Topicals, she created a skincare company focused on chronic skin conditions while championing inclusivity and mental health conversations within beauty culture. Her innovative approach to branding and product development has positioned Topicals as one of the most talked-about skincare brands globally. Olowe continues to represent a new generation of African founders building globally relevant consumer brands rooted in authenticity and representation.

Rakiya Abdul Karim – Entrepreneur and Public Sector Leader

Rakiya Abdul Karim is recognised for her contributions to enterprise development, governance, and youth empowerment. Known for her leadership across business and public engagement initiatives, she has consistently advocated for innovation, women’s participation, and economic inclusion.
