Elizabeth Jack‑Rich Empowering Communities and Transforming Nigerian Enterprise

Dr. Elizabeth Jack‑Rich Tein Jr. has emerged as one of Nigeria’s most inspiring business leaders and philanthropists, combining entrepreneurial vision with a profound commitment to social transformation. As the founder and CEO of Elin Group Limited and the Elizabeth Jack‑Rich Aid Foundation (EJRAID), she has dedicated her life to empowering communities, advancing education, and creating economic opportunities for women, youths, and underserved families across Nigeria and beyond.

Born on 18 May 1993 to a Jewish-Israeli father and a Nigerian mother from Ondo State, Jack‑Rich developed a strong sense of purpose early in life. She pursued her education at the University of Applied Sciences and Management, Porto-Novo, and continued her academic journey with executive programs at Harvard University and the University of Cambridge, gaining a global perspective that would inform both her entrepreneurial and philanthropic efforts.

In 2017, she founded Elin Group Limited, a diversified conglomerate with interests spanning real estate, power generation, agriculture, gas, mining, aviation, and energy. Under her leadership, the group has expanded operations across West Africa and the United States, pursuing a model of inclusive capitalism that balances profitability with social impact. Her approach demonstrates that business success can drive meaningful change, fostering economic growth while uplifting communities.

Jack‑Rich’s humanitarian work is anchored in the Elizabeth Jack‑Rich Aid Foundation (EJRAID), which focuses on education, vocational training, healthcare, and economic empowerment. The foundation has transformed lives through scholarships, vocational skill development, and start-up funding for women entrepreneurs. Initiatives such as the Opportunity for Rural Women Development Initiative (ORUWODI) have enabled beneficiaries to gain sustainable livelihoods, breaking cycles of poverty and building resilient communities.

Her achievements have earned national and international recognition. She received an honorary doctorate in Leadership and Community Development from ISFOB Benin University and has been honoured by the National Youth Council of Nigeria as a Matriarch of Nigerian Youths for her contributions to women’s empowerment. In 2020, she became the first African woman featured on the cover of World Finance magazine, highlighting her influence in business and social development on a global scale.

Through her dual roles in business and philanthropy, Elizabeth Jack‑Rich exemplifies leadership that is both visionary and compassionate. She continues to champion initiatives that empower women, create economic opportunities, and advance education, proving that entrepreneurship and empathy can coexist to deliver transformative impact.
