TERMII Announces Elevate 5.0: The Global Link – Powering the Next Billion Conversations

TERMII has announced the fifth edition of its flagship conference, TERMII Elevate, scheduled for Saturday, July 11, 2026, at The Zone Tech Park, Lagos.

Now in its fifth year, Elevate has become a gathering point for founders, operators, investors, product leaders, regulators, and technology decision-makers shaping the future of Africa’s digital economy.

This year’s theme, The Global Link: Powering the Next Billion Conversations, focuses on the systems that make growth across borders possible. From communication infrastructure and payments to identity, trust, compliance, and AI, the conference will explore the foundations enabling businesses to scale across African markets and beyond.

A Gathering of Builders, Operators, and Investors

The first set of confirmed speakers includes:

• Kola Aina, Founding Partner, Ventures Platform
• Joshua Chibueze, Co-founder & CMO, PiggyVest
• Seun Alley, Founder & CEO, Fez Delivery
• Douglas Kendyson, Founder & CEO, Selar
• David Adeleke, Co-founder & CEO, Zeeh Africa
• Esigie Aguele, Co-founder & CEO, VerifyMe
• Edidiong Etudor, Head of Product, Qore

Together with other industry leaders, they will explore the realities of building and operating technology products across multiple markets, covering topics such as communication infrastructure, digital identity, payments, cross-border operations, AI adoption, and long-term system reliability.

What to Expect at Termii Elevate 5.0

This year’s conference will feature three key experiences:

The Main Stage:
Conversations with founders, operators, investors, and policymakers on the practical realities of building and scaling technology businesses across Africa.

Elevate Pitch 5.0
A startup pitch competition designed to spotlight promising founders and emerging technology solutions. Selected teams will present their businesses before a panel of investors and industry leaders for visibility, feedback, and ecosystem exposure.

The Exhibition Floor
A dedicated space for technology companies to showcase products, connect with attendees, and engage directly with potential customers, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.

Speaking at this year’s conference, Gbolade Emmanuel, Co-founder and CEO of TERMII, said:

“As businesses expand across markets, the conversations around scale are becoming more complex. Beyond growth, founders now have to think about reliability, trust, compliance, and the systems that support them.

Termii Elevate 5.0 is about bringing together the people building those systems, the operators, founders, investors, and decision-makers shaping the next phase of Africa’s digital economy.”
