Lilian is the founder and CEO of Gold Lilies Global Services, a multi-arm enterprise committed to supporting the growth of the African creative arts industry through its business and financial advisory arm and its production company, she is the co-founder of Drug Aid Africa Initiative. Her professional experience also includes co-founding and running an Equities trading firm which was subsequently acquired by a Global financial services Group, where she continued as its CEO until January 2025.

Her professional credentials are extensive. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments in the United Kingdom. She also serves on the board of the Nigerian Exchange Group Plc, reinforcing her influence in governance and market development.

Beyond finance, Olubi has made significant strides in the creative sector through her company, Gold Lilies Global Services, which supports social enterprises, SMEs, and creative projects. She is the executive producer of Osamede, a historical epic rooted in the heritage of the Benin Kingdom. Originally staged as a successful live theatre production, Olubi is guiding its transition to film, demonstrating how solid financial planning can sustain ambitious creative ventures. She emphasizes that combining financial structure with artistic vision is essential to attracting investment and ensuring long-term success for cultural projects.
