These entities have delivered hundreds of projects, contributing significantly to Ghana’s urban growth and providing high-quality living and commercial spaces. Among its flagship properties are No. 1 Oxford Street and Kwarleyz Residence, both of which have become symbols of modern, upscale living in Accra.

One of Bediako’s most ambitious undertakings is Petronia City, a proposed 2,000-acre integrated city in Ghana’s Western Region. The development is envisioned as a hub for residential, commercial, and industrial activity, reflecting his forward-thinking approach to urban planning and his commitment to building sustainable communities.

Bediako’s influence extends beyond property development. Through the New Africa Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Kwarleyz Group, he engages in initiatives focused on social welfare, community development, and support for underprivileged populations. His vision underscores the belief that business success and social impact are interconnected, and that real estate can serve as a tool for community transformation.

His leadership and achievements have garnered recognition both locally and internationally. He received the Social Entrepreneurship and Leadership Award from Forbes and was named Person of the Month by SIA-Africa, honors that underscore his role as a visionary leader committed to excellence and innovation in real estate development.
