Juliet Ehimuan Advancing Digital Transformation and Technology Leadership in Africa

Juliet Ehimuan is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Beyond Limits Africa and the former Director for Google West Africa, where she led the company’s strategy and operations across one of its most dynamic emerging markets. Juliet Ehimuan’s journey is rooted in a strong academic and professional foundation. She holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge, and an MBA from the London Business School. She is also a recipient of the British Chevening Scholarship and has completed executive education programs at institutions including Harvard University. Her academic path reflects a deep commitment to excellence and global exposure, equipping her for leadership in the fast evolving technology sector.

Her career spans significant roles across technology and telecommunications. Before joining Google, Juliet worked with companies such as Shell and Microsoft, where she gained experience in engineering, enterprise solutions, and business strategy. As Country Director and later Regional Director at Google West Africa, she led initiatives that supported digital skills development, internet access expansion, and the growth of small and medium enterprises through technology adoption.

At the core of Juliet Ehimuan’s leadership is a focus on impact and ecosystem development. Through her work, she has helped shape policies, programs, and partnerships that empower entrepreneurs, developers, and businesses across Africa. Following her tenure at Google, she founded Beyond Limits Africa, a leadership and transformation organization focused on developing human capital, driving innovation, and supporting sustainable growth across industries.

Juliet Ehimuan’s contributions have earned international recognition. She has been named among the World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leaders and has been featured in Forbes and other global platforms as one of Africa’s leading women in technology. She also received an honorary doctorate in business from the University of Warwick in recognition of her contributions to technology and leadership.
