Steve Babaeko Redefining African Advertising and Creative Leadership

Steve Babaeko has emerged as one of Africa’s most influential figures in advertising, creative communications, and brand storytelling. As the founder and CEO of X3M Ideas, he has transformed Nigeria’s creative industry by building a world‑class agency that showcases African talent on the global stage.
