Since assuming leadership in 2012, she has transformed Mojec from a modest enterprise into a diversified energy conglomerate with operations spanning power, oil and gas, mining, agriculture, and technology.
Under Chantelle’s leadership, Mojec has become the largest electricity meter manufacturer in sub Saharan Africa, producing and deploying millions of smart meters across Nigeria. The company plays a central role in the Nigerian government’s National Mass Metering Programme, helping to close the country’s metering gap and eliminate estimated billing. Mojec’s operations now extend across the full power value chain, including generation, transmission, distribution, manufacturing, financing, and installation of energy solutions.
