More than 1,000 leaders from across Africa and the globe will gather in Lagos from October 23 to 25, 2025, for the third edition of the Visionary Leadership Conference (VLC), scheduled to hold at the Glitz Event Centre. Themed “Human-Centred Leadership: Transforming Talents, Building Economies in Complex Contexts,” this edition aims to equip leaders with practical insights to navigate today’s fast-changing world and drive transformation across industries.
The Visionary Leadership Conference is an annual event convened by IMMERSE Coaching Company to empower leaders with tools, networks, and foresight for transformational impact. Since its debut in 2023, the conference has reached over 1,000 leaders worldwide and has been hosted in three global cities, positioning it as one of Africa’s most respected platforms for leadership development and collaboration.
