Christ Embassy Enters Automotive Sector With Tsion Electric Vehicle Line

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, founder of Christ Embassy, has unveiled a range of electric vehicles under the Tsion brand, marking the ministry’s reported expansion into Nigeria’s emerging automotive and electric mobility sector, as reported by The Sun Nigeria and Blueprint. The vehicles were presented during The New Economy Unveiling 2026 with Pastor Chris, where several models were showcased.

The lineup includes the Tsion Passion, Falcon series, Vision series, Vision Coupe and OG series. The unveiling positions the initiative at the intersection of technology, innovation and mobility, as Nigeria seeks to build greater capacity in electric transportation and reduce dependence on petrol and diesel vehicles.

The development is notable because it represents an unusual expansion for a major religious organisation into an industrial and technology venture. It also comes as Nigeria’s electric vehicle ecosystem develops, with policymakers and private-sector players increasingly exploring EV manufacturing, charging infrastructure and cleaner transportation solutions.

However, important commercial details about the Tsion vehicles, including production capacity, pricing, battery range, charging infrastructure, manufacturing location and regulatory certification, have yet to be fully disclosed. The project’s long term significance will therefore depend on whether the vehicles progress from an unveiling into sustained commercial production and become competitive within Nigeria’s growing mobility market.
