AI EVERYTHING KENYA x GITEX KENYA 2026 is set to take place from 19 to 21 May 2026 in Nairobi, Kenya, bringing together thousands of technology leaders, startups, investors, policymakers, and innovators for what is being positioned as East Africa’s largest artificial intelligence and technology ecosystem event. The gathering is expected to convene more than 15,000 participants, over 500 startups and enterprises, and delegates from more than 75 countries to explore the future of AI and digital transformation across the continent.
The three day event will unfold across two major venues in Nairobi. On 19 May, the AI Development Summit and high level workshops will take place at the Sarit Expo Centre, focusing on inclusive AI adoption, innovation, and digital empowerment. The main Expo and Conference will then run from 20 to 21 May at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC), creating a large scale platform for exhibitions, networking, investment discussions, and technology showcases.
Accelerated by GITEX GLOBAL in collaboration with the Office of the Special Envoy on Technology of the Republic of Kenya, the event aims to strengthen East Africa’s position within the global AI economy. Discussions are expected to span sectors including cybersecurity, fintech, cloud computing, agritech, smart mobility, connectivity, and Industry 4.0 solutions, with a strong emphasis on digital sovereignty and inclusive innovation.
Beyond technology showcases, AI EVERYTHING KENYA x GITEX KENYA 2026 is designed to foster investment, cross border collaboration, and real world deployment of AI driven solutions across Africa. As Nairobi continues to grow as a leading technology and innovation hub, the event reinforces Kenya’s ambition to play a central role in shaping the continent’s digital economy and future technological landscape.
